Throwback Thursday: Women gain access to Rathskeller

Originally, the Rathskeller was only open to men. In 1937, women were allowed to enter during the summer session, and then in 1941 the Rathskeller was open to women from 2 p.m. to closing. One year later in 1942, women gained full access.
