The Wisconsin Union Directorate (WUD) Publications Committee is celebrating literature and writing in a range of shapes and forms during their annual Lit Fest April 27-May 1 in Memorial Union.

Throughout the year, WUD Publications Committee promotes reading and writing by providing students professional experience in publishing. The four presenters offer unique perspectives on literature and will be available to give students valuable insight into how to approach different kinds of writing.

“I hope Lit Fest will also give students an appreciation of the literary community,” WUD Publications Director Katie Van Dam said. “Our speakers all represent the vibrant and diverse literature scene happening right here in Madison.”
