Grad Weekend at the Union

Commencement weekend brings extra crowds to campus, so be sure to have a plan and know what’s going on to avoid long lines! We’ve put together a list of events happening over the weekend to help you celebrate:

The Terrace, Friday, May 15 at 9 p.m. & Saturday, May 16 at 8 p.m.

Both bands, 16 Candles and VO5, will be celebrating all the new grads both Friday and Saturday on the Terrace Summer Stage. Either come dance the night away or watch the sunset!

Following the commencement ceremony, head to the Terrace to get a free professional photo taken in the giant Terrace chair! Your photos will be uploaded to Facebook where you can tag yourself and download for free.

This is also a perfect time to buy your Wisconsin Union lifetime membership for $75. If you do so at the event, you will receive a free mini Terrace chair!
