Women line the Wisconsin Union Theater in the spring of the early 1960's for the UW Extension program "College Week for Women." Typically a 3-day seminar, College Week for Women started in 1964 and featured classes and lectures on public speaking, women's rights, career advice and more. Its mission was to offer a college-like experience to women from all over Wisconsin to better themselves and the state as a whole. College Week for Women has evolved into what is now College Days and is held in early June. Photo courtesy of the Wisconsin Digital Collections and information courtesy of David Null and Jerry Apps
