Brush Up on Your Painting Skills

Madisonians young and old are encouraged to create their own sunset masterpiece during the Terrace Paintacular. All photos by Emily Tarver.

If you missed the chance to show off your artistic abilities in the first Terrace Paintacular back in May, have no fear. Madison’s largest paint night is returning on Monday, Sept. 5, from 6 to 8 p.m. on the Memorial Union Terrace.

No two sunsets are the same, so come and paint your own version of a classic Terrace sunset for free (while supplies last.) The Union’s Wheelhouse Studios will provide canvas, paints and brushes to use, as well as guided instruction, so all you have to bring is your creativity.

Distribution of supplies will begin at 6 p.m. with instruction starting at 6:30.
